07 Prohibited Activities

• Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to play games.
• Opening an account using a fake or stolen identity.

08 Responsible Gaming

09 Account Closure

• Violations of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations.

If be88 determines that no violation has occurred at the time of account closure, any remaining balance will be returned. However, if the account is closed due to a breach of these Terms and Conditions, be88 reserves the right to forfeit the balance.
